Shipping and Delivery.
Typically all our orders are shipped within 2 business days. Orders for metro areas will be received in 2-4 business days. Orders for regional areas will be received within 3-7 business days.
We are pleased to offer free Australian delivery on all orders.
International orders will attract a flat fee of A$15.00 per order.
Pacific Optics Eyewear does not allow shipping to PO Boxes. Customers listing PO Boxes as their shipping address will be contacted by a Pacific Optics Eyewear representative to change this to an acceptable address.
The delivery times provided by us are estimates only. We will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.
Change of Address
We cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND FEES?
Your order will be charged in Australian (AUD) dollars but will exclude Australian GST (Goods and Services Tax). Because customs policies vary from country to country, international orders may be subject to local customs charges. We cannot mark international orders as a gift as a way of bypassing or reducing customs fees. Any customs, import duties and associated fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are charged once the parcel reaches its country of destination. If goods are above the threshold and customs entry is required, our logistics partner will charge an additional admin handling fee for customs clearance. For more information about your country’s custom policies, please contact your local customs office.
Pacific Optics Eyewear warrants products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12months from the date of purchase. Eyewear reserves the right to determine manufacturing defects and requires proof of purchase to qualify products as warrantable. If a product is deemed defective, Pacific Optics Eyewear will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.
All claims must be send to email@example.com including one of the following forms of proof of purchase:
- Your Pacific Optics Eyewear Shop Order Number
- Picture or scan of the physical receipt with a visible date of purchase and retailer name.
We will then be in contact to confirm procedures for return of faulty goods at no cost to you.
Return & Exchanges
If you are not happy with your purchase, sunglasses purchased directly from our online store are eligible for returns or exchange under the following conditions:
- Returns must be in brand new condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
- Returns must be postmarked for return within 14 days of the original delivery to you.
- Shipping cost for returned / exchanged items will be paid by you.
- For inquiries regarding an exchange, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for immediate assistance.

It is encouraged that you send your product by a traceable method. Pacific Optics Polarised Eyewear is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages.
If notified before goods have been dispatched, we can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, we reserve the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.
